Hi, I only know that if you transfer in China, you will not need a transit visa within 24 hours. However, I'm not sure if it is available in Russia and you are suggested to confirm it with your air company in advance.

Transit Visa in Moscow
As a Chinese passport holder, do I need to apply for a Transit Visa while connecting a flight at Moscow airport, during a 3 hour transit period? Itinerary is PVG to Moscow, then Moscow to Paris, and vice-versa. Thank you.

I think the online says if you stay within 24 hours, and do not leave the airport, you do not need a transit visa. Anyway, it is better to double confirm this with the airlines or embassy directly.

2 pieces of baggage
Hello there ! I am flying from Shangai Pudong aeroport via Moscow to Belgrade tomorrow morning. For last two days I was trying the number in Shangai office that you have been posted over there on this web site, but nobody is picking up the call. My concern is about the baggage. Is it allowed to get two pieces of not more than 23kg each plus a handbag? And how much would be to pay if I have some extra kg? Yes, I have an economy ticket.
I hope someone will be kind to answer my question. Thank you very much!
