On this Sep.19th, an aircraft(Boeing 747) of Lufthansa Airlines returned back to Frankfurt Int'l Airport on the half way when flying from Frankfurt to New York.
It is said that there were about 334 passengers on board. And the crew found one of the engine leaking oil when the flight flying about half the way, then they decided to fly back to the departure airport immediately. And on that evening the airlines rearranged the delayed passengers actively.

It is amazing that Lufthansa has become Europe's largest airlines almost overnight, and the company's recent three takeovers have occurred after the financial crisis.
On September 4th, 2009, after the formal takeover of Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa Airlines successfully supplanted Air France-KLM Group and ascended the throne of Europe's largest airline.

Can I check with you when my cargo arrives if I know the cargo number? I have my luggage checked through Lufthansa.

Ms.Marie(Indonesia) replied:
Generally, all the booking agencies do not have such information available. And you are advised to contact the airlines directly or check your cargo on the official website of the airlines.
