Brief Introduction

Founded in 1920 in Queensland, Australia, Qantas Airways is the largest airline in Australia and one of the airlines with the longest history in the world. Beginning its business by transporting mail and passengers in biplanes, it has extended its operation to around 140 destinations on five continents. As of the end of 2006, Qantas Airways owned 10 Airbus A330s and 114 Boeings. It is also one of the airlines which have ordered the super-size Airbus A380. Qantas Airways is always dedicated to provide better service on board as well as on the ground. Its logo features a running kangaroo, symbolizing creditable, safe and advanced services.
