Brief History of Qantas:

The Qantas grew out of Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Services which supplied the service of transporting mail by air. In 1934, Qantas and British Imperial Airways set up a company known as QEA (Qantas Empire Airways). The flight service between Singapore and Brisbane opened and the flight to London was available. In 1952, QEA opened the air route to Africa crossing Indian Ocean, which was called Kangaroo Route. In 1958, QEA has become one of the few global airlines. In 1967, QEA was renamed Qantas which has been used ever since. In 1985, QEA introduced the Boeing 767, and by the use of Boeing 747-400, the route length of the non-stop flight VH-OJA has reached 111, 84 miles, making a record at that time. In 1999, the Qantas set up the One World International Air Union with American Airlines, Canadian Airlines, British Airways and Cathay Pacific Airlines. Now, its air routes and subsidiary QantasLink and JetConnect have covered Oceania, Southeast Asia, East Asia, Britain, Germany, South Africa, USA, Canada and other places in the world.

I'm not very clear about that but maybe you can contact them for a specific location since you have already known their number.

Thanks Sean, I ended up contacting them via Skype calling on their 4008199495 number. The Chinese number found online could not do any changes and advised me to call the 400 number.
It was a Manila based call center and 23 minutes later, my travel plans were altered as requested.
A very slow service and only cost AUD using Skype.
