As well as the terminal buildings A and B in Shenzhen Airport, a number of terminal buildings of Shenzhen airport in nearby cities are provided for passengers'convenience. So far there are ten city terminal buildings of Shenzhen International Airport, located in six cities. They are in Hong Kong, Macau, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, and Zhuhai. Two methods:
the first one is that you could take a ferry from Shenzhen Shekou Port to Zhuhai Jiuzhou Port. The voyage is only one hour.
The other one is that you could take a coach to Zhuhai, taking about 3 hours on the way.

Do you mean from Shenzhen Airport to Huadu or downtown Shenzhen to Huadu? Well, if you at the airport, please take the shuttle bus Line 1 to Shenzhen Railway Station and then take a bullet train to Guangzhou in 70 minutes. Finally, you could take a city-bus or taxi to Huadu.

I think you could fly to Shenzhen Airport, from which it just takes you about 40 minutes to arrive in Humen directly by bus. First of all, please make sure that there is a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Shenzhen.

The bus leaves every two hours from 9:00-18:40. There is special waiting hall to take those inter-city buses. It is in the first floor of arrival hall.

If possible, you could take the bus departing at 14:20 from Shenzhen Airport to Guangzhou directly.
Alternatively, once arrive at Shenzhen Airport, you could take the shuttle bus Line 1(330)to arrive Shenzhen Railway Station firstly in 50 minutes. Here, you could catch a bullet train easily to get to Guangzhou in 70 minutes. You could find the train schedule at http://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/

When you arrive in Shenzhen Airport, please take the intercity bus from Shenzhen to Hong Kong. At the port on the way, the China custom will leave an exit stamp on your visa.
