Zhuhai Sanzao Airport (ZUH) has been in operation since June 18, 1995. It is a modern civil airport with very advanced facilities. Located at the southwest tip of Sanzao Island in the western part of Zhuhai, the airport faces the sea in three directions and is about 40 kilometers (about 25 miles) from the city center.

Nowadays, this airport has over 30 domestic routes connecting Zhuhai with several major cities in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Chengdu, Chongqing, Changsha, Haikou, Xiamen, and others.

Transport between the airport and the city center is fairly convenient. You have three choices:

Shuttle Bus:
From Urban Area to the Airport:
Route 1: Moi Department Store→ Parking Lot of Hita Plaza → Nanping Street→ Huxin Road→ Zhuhai Airport

Note: The arrival time at Huxin Road is subject to the real time the bus gets there.

From the Airport to the Urban Area:
There are buses sending the passenger to urban area when the flight arrivals. The leaving time of the bus is subject to the arrival time of the flight. Fare of the bus is also CNY 20 per person.

City-bus:
Bus No.207:
Xiangzhou→ Airport: from 06:20~18:40 with an interval of 24 minutes;
Airport→ Xiangzhou: from 06:40~19:00 with an interval of 24 minutes

Bus No.201:
Sanzao→ Xiangzhou: 06:10~21:20 with an interval of 6 minutes;
Xiangzhou→ Sanzao: 05:55~21:05 with an interval of 6 minutes

Bus No.702: Sanzao→ Airport: from 06:10~ 19:30

Of course, you can also take a taxi just outside the airport hall to the city center. It takes less time and usually costs CNY 80-100. You probably can bargain with the taxi driver.
