Guilin, a famous tourist city known for its beautiful mountains and rivers, has a number of reasonably priced world class hotels - from local and international chains. During the peak travel months of March, April, May, September, October and November hotels accommodation is usually hard to find in Guilin. Travelers are advised to make reservation a few months in advance to guarantee room availability. Please try to avoid traveling in two periods: May 1st to May 7th, and Oct 1st to Oct 7th - the only two long public holidays in China, not only because of the large number of travelers, but also because of the increased room rate.

Lijiang Waterfall Guilin Hotel

The Lijiang Waterfall Guilin Hotel is located in the city center and features an artificial waterfall that rushes down from its top, matching the picturesque ambience of the hotel. This deluxe hotel was built on the former site of Lijiang Hotel with an investment of over 400 million yuan. It opened in 1976 and was redecorated in 2001 and has 646 rooms.

Sheraton Guilin Hotel
