The average temperature may reach about zero degree with more rainfall. The weather in January may be cold and humid, and you need to wear the winter clothes, such as the sweater, down coat...

Since it can be still warm, about 10-20C, most of the attractions and activities are still available. So you can visit places like Elephant Trunk Hill, Reed Flute Cave, Seven-Star Pak… But the rafting may not be available. Anyway, the Li River Cruise will be in service.
