Nanning is a small basin surround by mountains. It belongs to the subtropical monsoon zone. The annual average temperature is about 27.7C (81.8F). The mild climate makes the city green all year, hence its name 'Green City'. Rainfalls are somewhat frequent there, even in the hot summer; while snows are seldom. You do not need to worry about dryness in summer or coldness in winter.
