The recommended way to explore Yangshuo is by bike. As it is really a small and beautiful town, traveling by bike enables you to enjoy its natural beauty more freely. Most hotels provide the bike renting service. You can also rent a bike near West Street and Xianqian Street, where you have to leave your identity papers or CNY 200 to CNY 500 as deposit. I. Double-seat bikes are not suitable to ride on twisting country trails.
II. Buy a pair of gloves and a tour map.
