In Anshun City, it is convenient to travel by taxi. Taxis can be hailed anywhere simply by putting your arm out. The taxi fare differs in different period of time: during 00:00-07:00 the base price is CNY8 for the beginning two kilometers and then every additional kilometer charges additional CNY1.2; during 07:00-24:00 the base price is CNY3 for the beginning two kilometers and every additional kilometer over 2 kilometers and below 8 kilometers charges CNY1, over 8 kilometers charges CNY1.2 and five-minute delay will be counted as one kilometer's charge. When tourists take taxi within Anshun City, the price is often CNY5; if out of Anshun City, tourists can bargain with the taxi driver.
