The customer service at Harbin Parkson
Address: No.222, Zhongyang Dajie, Dao Li District is very RUDE.
We were there to shop for additional warm clothing on the evening of 28-Jan-2009. There were sales and with certain amount of purchase, we are eligible for vouchers.
We went to the customer service counter around 7.30pm to redeem the vouchers. The CS on duty was so rude that asked us bluntly " what do you want " after we present her our receipts. We told her our purpose, and then only she tore and passed us 3 vouchers and said "read the terms yourself".
I was told Harbin people are warm and that I would agree majority do, but it is unfortunate that the minorities are employed as frontline in sales/customer service and it is in a well known departmental store, Parkson.
I think this type of employee needs educating of politeness in attending to customer failing which, should be transferred to back office.
It is irritating to be attended unmannerly on a supposing a happy shopping activity.
