Passengers leaving from Hong Kong will arrive at the boarding counter of Terminal 1 (7th floor) after they get off airport express. Or they could get off from the right door and walk to Terminal 2 for about 3 minutes. Passengers getting to Hong Kong can reach the station of airport express after they pass the arriving counter and luggage claim sector and walked through the Arrivals Hall.

The Free Airport Express Shuttle Bus Service is provided exclusively for Airport Express passengers traveling between Hong Kong or Kowloon station and major hotels and railway interchanges. Passengers are required to show proof of eligibility including Airport Express train ticket (Single Journey, Same Day Return, Round Trip, Airport Express Travel Pass), Airline ticket / boarding pass, Airport Staff Octopus Card, AsiaWorld-Expo entry pass or event ticket.
