Hong Kong International Airport Transfer

Hong Kong Int’l Airport is a multi-modal transport center, offering extensive transport modes for passengers who want to transfer between the airport and other places in HK or cities in Pearl River Delta (PRD), such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Macau. Airport express, buses, hotel coaches, taxis and residents’ coaches are available to the places in HK. To PRD, passengers can choose from ferries, mainland coaches to limousines.
 

Hong Kong Airport Express offers direct connection between the airport and downtown, covering stations of AsiaWorld-Expo, Airport, Hong Kong, Kowloon and Tsing Yi. Its operating time is from 05:50 to 01:15 next day with an interval of 12 minutes. The journey time is about 24 minutes.
 

Covering the main districts of the city, Airport shuttle buses are divided into five different routes: A Routes (Airbus), E Routes (External Bus), N Routes (Night Bus), S Routes (shuttle bus) and B Routes. Passengers can take the bus to Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Tuen Mun, Tung Chung and some other places. Please remember to take some change because the bus drivers do not give any out.
 

If you want to travel between the airport and hotels in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, airport shuttle buses to hotels are the most convenient way. Departing from airport every 30 minutes, they serve the public from 07:00 to 23:00 or 11:00 to 17:00. And from the hotels, the operating time is 04:50 to 22:00 with an hourly departure.

Taxis in Hong Kong have three kinds which are divided according to their operating regions. And they have dedicated parking place. Please choose carefully. But all the taxis can arrive at Disneyland. Urban Taxi with a color of red covers almost all the places in the city, except Tung Chung Road and Roads in South Lantau. New Territories taxis colored green serve mainly in the northwest and northeast areas of New Territories. And blue Lantau taxis serve only in Lantau and Chek Lap Kok.
 

Residents’ coaches go to Discovery Bay and Park Island. The pick-up point is the coach station in Car Park 1.

 The SkyPier at Hong Kong International Airport provides speedy ferry service for transit passengers, serving nine ports in the Pearl River Delta and Macau: Humen port of Dongguan, Lianhuashan port and Nansha port of Guangzhou, Maritime Ferry Terminal and Taipa Ferry Terminal of Macau, Fuyong and Shekou port of Shenzhen, Zhongshan port and Jiuzhou port of Zhuhai. This service is available only for transit passengers rather than passengers originating in Hong Kong.
