If I use taxi from macau airport to zhuhai how much will be the taxi fare and can the taxi in macau airport sent me direct to my hotel in zhuhai or the taxi just stop at the zhuhai border? Is there any cheaper way to travel from macau airport to zhuhai?
Nov. 15,2009 02:35
Mr.Andrew replied:
No. You need to get to Gongbei Border, pass the custom change another taxi to your hotel in Zhuhai. It is about 70MOP from Macau Airport to Gongbei. Cheaper way is to take airport bus AP1 to Gongbei (about 5MOP), then pass the border. After that, take a taxi to the hotel.

how to go macau airport from the ferry terminal? i will be coming from hong kong. which ferry should i take and at which terminal should i get down? thanks

Mr.Sandy replied:
Take bus AP1 at ferry terminal to Macau Airport. You need to arrive at the ferry terminal of Hong Kong (China Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui and HK-Macau Ferry Termianl in Sheung Wan both okay)at least 30 minutes. It is about one hour from Hong Kong to Macau and another 30 minutes by the airport bus to Macau Airport, and reach the airport 1-1.5 hours before flight departure. You can decide the ferry according to this, for there are many ferry ships a day and I have no idea of yout flight time. Get down at new Macau Ferry Terminal. There are also ferry to Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal which is much near to Macau Hotel. You can just take a taxi to the airport after touching down.

When you arrive at Macau Airport, you could take the bus AP1 to reach Gongbei Port (go through which, you could enter into Zhuhai)directly. It takes you about one hours and just MOP3.3. Or, you could hire a taxi to drive you to the port in 20 minutes, which costs about MOP60~
