Do you mean the Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal? It is very near the Peace Hotel. I don't know if there is a shuttle from the Peace Hotel to the cruise terminal, but you can take the public bus to go there. you can choose from the bus no. 135, 330, 37, 868, 921 to get off at Tilanqiao and then walk to the port. A taxi will not cost much, less than CNY 20 maybe. Hope the information helps. :)
