when is the shanghai's great carnival sale which i can buy brand-name cloth in cheaper price?

Apr. 10,2009 21:00
Ms.Cindy replied:

Looking for some cloth markets. Try Qifu Road. I feel brand clothes in shopping center is expensive. If looking for sales in malls, you may find those clothes are out of the season.

Ms.Iida(China) replied:

hey, its Qipu Road not Qifu Road.
Clothes there are indeed cheap but not on good quality

Was in Shanghai 2 weeks ago and would like to warn travellers about people posing as fellow travellers, taking photos of you etc. and then inviting you to go to a tea ceremony with them. After the ceremony, they present you with an exhorbitant bill and pretend to pay their share with a credit card, thereby conning you into thinking they are for real. These were young girls who said they were from Xian and were oh sooo friendly.
