How long is the bus ride to Zhouzhuang, and can I get back to the Shanghai South Train station by 4?

It takes about 2 hours from Shanghai to Zhouzhuang. It's said the bus back to Shanghai from Zhouzhuang bus station ususally stop in Qingpu of Shanghai. So, you may go from Qingpu Bus station to Shanghai South Railway Station by Shangzhu Line.

We want to go to Zhouzhuang from Shanghai very early in the morning (before 9am). We are staying near The Bund. Suggestions to get there besides going to Shanghai Stadium and waiting with all the other tourists? Thank you!

If you don't go to Zhouzhuang during holidays and weekends, I think the bus will not be crowded. Actually, tour special bus at the Shanghai Travel Center. On the other hand, you could take a coach from Shanghai Passenger Transport Terminal in front of Shanghai Railway Station. The earlies bus leaves at 06:50 so that you could reach Zhouzhuang before 9am. From Bund, you could take the subway Line 1 to arrive at the bus station directly~
