I will be in Chaozhou between 21-24 March. Coming from Shanghai. Could any kind traveller please recommend a suitable 2 -3 star hotel. The listing of hotels in the net appears to be very limited. Thanks.

There is no train run to Shantou from Shanghai and the coach is a suffering thing.So, please take flight from Shanghai to Shantou firstly, then you could take a taxi from Shantou Aiport to Chaozhou by costing RMB50 for a 30-kilometer singal way. The price may be higher at night. If you arrive in Shantou earlier, you could take the airport bus to the city's bus station, where there are buses leave for Chaozhou once every 10 minutes.
