It seems there is not a place gethered all wedding and everning dress in Shenzhen. You may try to look for some stores in Dongmen and Zhongying Jie. THe better way, to get to the wedding Dress Street in Guangzhou, which is nearby Shi Er Gong Subway Station. That is a big bridal product marcket.

Yes, barginning is recommended with the wholesalers. You can also find in Sungang Cangku area in Baoan Bei lu, such as Wanghong Wholesale Market. it is better to know tha average price (15-60RMB for one piece in Wanghong) in the market and try to bargain a little.

Yes, Lowu shopping center is close to Shenzhen Railway Station and the border. Or perhap you can take subway at Lowu to Dongmen are (only two stops).
