Cheap baby clothes are in a market opposite Jusco (Yang Ming Guang Chang). You can take bus #2, 26, 3 till Wanzaisha and keep walking straight. There is also Yamaha shop in that market, you need to get to underground floor. Men's clothes are in Gongbei underground market. You can also try Jiuzhou Chang malls (bus 2,3,40, 26 and many others - the stop is called Jiuzhou Chang).

As the address show the hotel should be Maihao International Hotel. So, if you mean this, you can get to Baifenbai Shopping Center and Yikoujia Underground Shopping center a bit northeast of the hotel, which can be reached by walk. Badali Shopping Center in Huahai Road is a bit farther, but also can be arrived in short time.
