Ms.Ruth(China) replied:

Sir, do you want turquoise or turquoise ornamention?
As I know, if you want to get cheap turquoise, Wuhan would not be your best destination. Shiyan City is better. But from Wuhan to Shiyan, it takes about 7 hours by train.
As for silk, honestly speaking, Wuhan is not the home of silk. Although the silk stores can be found there, most of them are from Hangzhou and Suzhou and other places in Zhejiang or Jiangsu province. In Wuhan, you may go to the area of Jianghan Road to find a silk shop called Suhang Sichou (苏杭丝绸).
Handicrafts can be found in Hanzheng Street. You may go there to shop around.

Is there any japanese/korean male fashion clothes there? anyone know where to go?

Ms.Evelyn(China) replied:

Wuhan boasts many clothes wholesale markets. But there is no special wholesale markets of Japanese and Korean clothes. You can go to Hanzheng Street (Hanzheng Jie) and Baima Commercial City (Baima Shangcheng) to look for this kind of clothes.

Ms.Meng replied:

Well, it seems that you could find some good souvenirs in thoes supermarkets, such as Wal-mart in the Hanzheng or Zhongshan Road. So, no need to worry about price trap as well. Actually, the city's special is related with food or drink, such as Yellow Crane Tower white wine and cigarette, lotus root products, tea and the tasty Jingwu Duck Neck. The handicrafts include lacquer, fans and turquoise.

There is a fashion department store located at the the Jianghan Road dealing with various kinds of hair accessories. Sorry, forget the name, but the building should be in green and the European building style~ Good luck.
