I will go to Xian with my dad on Oct. Please tell me if the weater is alright then. He'll get tired easily coz just recover from heart problem. so i wanna make sure it won't be too hot or too cold.

Mr.Shan replied:

In this case, it is suggested that you come to Xi'an in mid Oct, escaping from the busy holiday Oct1~8 and the little cold weather at the end of this month. Actually, mid of Oct is one of the golden time to visiting Xi'an, the fall is very comfortable for going out~

Ms.Nikki(Thailand) replied:

Mr.Shan replied:

My pleasure. This website is based in Xian and definitely a reliable one, because one of my friend once used it.

Hi
I am coming to xian in january 2010 and i wanted by boys to see snow. we are from australia and have never been in snow is there some place to go near xian where we can experience snow?

Jun. 28,2009 20:27
Mr.Qi replied:

To Ms Carissa, it is hard to say if there is a snow in Xian during your stay here. I am in Xian and in the last winter, we have few snow and we have heavy snow in 2008. It is more probably to see the snow in Northeast/Northwest China. You can pay attention to the weather of Xian. Harbin is a good winter resort, but it is far from Xian.

It is still warm in early October and it started to get cold since late October. Winter cloth is not necessay at that time. It is a comfortable weather to visit XIan at that time.

Should I travel to Xian in late July? Or should I try to find a cooler destination?

Apr. 11,2009 22:13
Ms.Evelyn(China) replied:

If you can accept high temperature, I think it will be Ok. In July, the weather is very hot. Although hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets and many places are equipped with air conditioners, it's still very hot when you walk on the street. Kunming in Yunnan is nicknamed 'Spring City'. The temperature there is always very good all the year round. Another place is Tibet. Due to high altitude, the temperature there is not high. It's the coolest place in China.

China is getting cold these days. I'm in Xian now and the temperature droped sharply here. Walking on the street, I can't even withstand the icy wind in my hair. but it is said that the weather will be fine during the Spring Festival, Aha~ a good news!
