You could take luggages within 20kgs/person, no restrict on quantity. So, there is no problem for you taking the bullet train. For my practical experience, you could take all of your bags to the train as you wish~

Here, you could catch a train to reach Hengshui in 4 hours. If you will not travel in peak season, the train ticket could be purchase on the spot. There are two better options I recommend: Take Tianjin AIrport bus to Nanjing Road, and get to Tianhuan Bus Station for the direct bus to Beijing Capital airport. It needs 2 hours 45 minutes and ticket fare is 70RMB. Or you can take airport bus to Tianjin Railway Station and shift to speed trains to Beijing South Railway Station. Take Subway Line 4 to Xuanwumen Station and then change to Subway Line 2 to Dongzhimen to catch the airport express train to Beijing Airport.

I believe that you can take a bus from airport to airport from the ground floor of Beijing Capital. If this is not the case anymore then there is no easy way. The bullet train then taxi is easiest but costly . Bullet train 58Yuan each way and taxi about 45 yuan each way dependant on the traffic

From downtown area to Tianjin Binhai Airport, you could take the shuttle bus at the Champagne Town Hotel which is located at the crossroad of Hebei Road and Yingkou Dao. The buses leave at 06:00, 09:15, 11:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00. Or, you could take the shuttle bus departing from the back ground of Tianjin Railway Station to the Airport. It is in operation from 06:00 to 19:30 with an interval of 30 minutes.

Usually, the ticket could be purchase 10~12 days in advance. So, if you are not in China, you have to ask for help from a travel agency or some other online agency. Both of the Tianjian Railway Station and the Beijing Railway Station don't support booking train ticket online currently.

In this case, you could take the Tianjin Airport shuttle bus to Tianjin Railway Station firstly and then purchase two tickets to arrive in Beijing in 30 minutes. It is a good idea to escape from the crowded National Holiday, especially of this year (the grand 60th Anniversary). Good luck!

Yes, I think you'd better take a bus from Tianjin Airport to the Bawangfen Bus Station of Beijing. As I know, the bus is in operation at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00 and 19:00. The fare is 35RMB and the journey should be around 2 hours.
The Bawangfen Bus Station is located in downtown area. Exit from it, you could catch the subway Line 1 at Dawanglu station to the city center directly. Well, you may refer to the subway map at http://www.travelchinaguide.com/images/map/beijing/metro-planning.jpg
On the other hand, at the airport, there must be some taxies to Beijing, which allow four passengers sharing one together. It should be a good choice, too~

The terminal is Beijing South Railway Station, where you could catch the return train to Tianjin, too. When you arrive at Tianjin Airport, please catch the shuttle bus to Tianjin Railway Station, where you could catch an express to Beijing in 30 minutes. The terminal is Beijing South Railway Station, where you could catch the return train to Tianjin, too. It is suggested that you book a hotel around Tianjin Railway Station, from which it just takes you about 20 minutes to the airport by taxi.
