The Hk food is deeply influced by the cantonese food. You could find a restaurant anywhere. Here are some suggestions: http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/dining1.htm. As for seafood, which an important element of HK, you could have them at any Cantonese restaurant.

How wide? I can just tell that it is not hard to find. You can try at Wan Cai, Causeway Bay, Yau Ma Tei and Tsim Sha Tsui areas. Price is about 100-300 per person.
