Please consider the Casa Hotel and The Cityview, both of which are very close to the MTR station. So, you could go to other area for shopping easily. On the other hand, around them, there are many good local restaurants for your choice.
From Mong Kok,you could go to the Lady's Street, or China Hong Kong City and the Harbour City, two of the largest shopping plaza in Hong Kong. And, walking along then Nathan Road, you will find many boutiques.

Go shopping, Central has many brand luxury shops, causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui has many shopping center and places. Mongkok is good place to look for electronics. Citygates Outlets in Tung Chung is a nice shopping place to find discounted brand stuff, though a bit farther from the city center but much nearer to the airport. Temple Street in Yau ma Tei is good place to go with friends to eat food and find some small and local things. For sightseeing, Ocean Park, the Peak, Disneyland, Big Buddha are all good choices.

Nothing to be specially arrange according to your schedule. You can arrive in both Macau and Hong Kong and get to the ferry terminal to shuttle from one to the other within 1 hour journey. Disneyland is a bit farther to the city center of Hong Kong. You can see Ocean Park and the Peak in one day and get around mongkok, Causeway bay, Temple fair, Yau Ma Tei for shopping and food. In Macau, there are luxury shopping center and entertainment places near the Marion Ferry Temrinal, such as New Yaohan. You can get to St. Paul Church Ruins and LargodoSenado as well as stores around there. Rua da Cunha in Taipa is a nice place find snacks and food of Macau.

They are sold cheaper than those in mainland China, I don't know how is the price in Malaysia. In sale period, you can get 20 percent discounts at the most. Around Christmas, there are great discounts here too. perhaps 20-30 percent discount down is possible.
