Hi, Can anybody help me please ? a. What is the cheapest transportation to Ocean Park from Novotel Citygate ? b. What is the cheapest transportation to Victoria Peak from Novotel Citygate ? Thx.
Nov. 4,2009 21:14 Mr.Shan replied:
It is suggested that you take metro from Tung Chung where the hotel is located to reach Admiralty firstly. The fare is HKD20.5/adult Here, you could catch the bus 629 to get to the Ocean Park directly. The bus fare is HKD10.6/adult. It is the easiest and fastest way. When you return from the Ocean Park, you could use the bus 629 as well and then get off at Central, where you could take the Peak Tram up to the Voctoria Peak. Finally, you could use the metro back to the hotel directly.

Off to Hong Kong on Friday 23rd October arrive 24th, We are staying in New territories (not too far from the Metro) & are looking for trips. We would like to go to Ocean Park. We are a family of 5. We are 4 adults -2 are kids aged 16 & 13 & a child of 11. Please can you confirm it is worth making our own trip to Ocean Park rather than a travel agent booking as our hotel is way out from Kowloon where trips tend to leave from? Last time we did a trip to Lantau left the hotel (L'Nina where we are staying again) at 10.30am & arrived in Lantau at about 2.30pm having missed lunchtime to start the tour of Buddha etc. On our departure day from L'Nina we then took a taxi from hotel direct to Lantau (Disney Hotel) & it took about 45 minutes.
w/c is cheaper::avail the $50 fee for ocean park package from travel agency or to go to ocean park by our own..2adults and 2kids ..ages 11 and 14years old..tnx..tour date oct 11 to 13 ,2009
