Line 3 is not available at that early in the morning from the airport. You can take the night line and get off at Middle Zhejiang Road (Yan'an Road). Then take a taxi to your hotel. Or take a taxi just from the airport to the hotel directly.

Other choice if you do not have heavy lugguage: Take airport Line 3 to Longyang Road Station and change to Subway Line 2 to Nanjing East Road. Get out from the Exit 3 and walk down to the south of Henan Middle Road. Walk about 600 meters to Westin Bund Center.
