Hi Ms. Maiall, I'm Cynthia from Indonesia. If I want to visist Fuzhou, which airport I have to arrived, better and nearer. How long it takes from Xiamen? Is there any buses or train from Fuzhou to Taizhou? Thanks

Aug. 28,2009 01:33
Mr.Shan replied:

Hi Cynthia, although Fuzhou has its own airport, there is direct flight between Fuzhou and Indonesia. So, you may consider fly to Xiamen and then transfer to Fuzhou by bus. The distance between these two cities is about 300kms. On the other hand, you could transfer at Kuala Lumpur, where you could catch a direct flight to Fuzhou.

Do you mean Taizhou in Zhejiang Province or Jiangsu Province?

Aug. 28,2009 08:39
Ms.Cynthia(Indonesia) replied:

Thanks Mr. Shan. I mean Taizhou in Zhejiang Province

We are coming to Fuzhou for a wedding in early December and the Bride & Groom have kindly said that they would arrange a bus to pick us up from the airport and take us to our hotel.
The thing is that we may not be arriving on the same day as the rest of the family/friends and I would like to organise some transport for possibly 6 people, if this is the case.
If anyone could give advice on any drivers with a Van that speak some English, that would be great.

Jul. 27,2009 11:07
Mr.teng(China) replied:

A place for visit, it must be the Mt. Wuyi. What a charming place it is! As for accommodation, it is suggested that you look for a hotel close to the city's business center, such as the Wenquanling Park-Fuzhou Hot Spring Hotel and the Wuyi Square-Shangri-La Hotel. Just for your reference.

Hi, there is only one train from Shenzhen to Fuzhou (21:26~the next 15:15), and the coaches will take over 11 hours. So, the best way should be take a flight from Shenzhen Airport to Fuzhou Airport. The journey is just one hour. For departing early in the morning, you could catch the flight of ZH9097 leaving Shenzhen at 08:30. good luck!

Hi,
Me & fam. are planning to go to Fu Qing, Fujian province next January 2010,
from Shenzhen. But is it ok to buy bus tickets direct especially during 3 weeks
before Chinese new year ? or is it poss to prebooked ? any email I could contact ?
Also what is the cheap hotel in Fu Qing ? any email to contacf or phone ?
Tks

Jun. 2,2009 04:01
Mr.Mike replied:

Hi, do you want to go to Fuqing from Shenzhen by bus? As I know, the bus ticket in Shenzhen could be prebooked in 3~7days during holidays. Very difficult to purchase a bus or a train ticket around Chinese New Year Festival~ Actually, I suggest that you and your family could take a flight from Shenzhen to Fuzhou firstly and then go to Fuqing by bus from Fuzhou North Bus Station. The station supplies frequent buses to Fuqing everyday, which takes about 1 hour on the way.

As for the hotel, see these: Rongqiao Hotel, Ruixin Hotel, the Surefar Enjoy Hotel

Hope this helps~
