Currently, there is no direct flight from HK to Quanzhou to to Fuzhou. So, I'm afraid that you have to Guangzhou by train or by bus, and then to take bus to Putian directly. However, there are only a few of buses leaving from Guangzhou to Putian, so you also could go to Quanzhou firstly and then go to Putian.
