CZ is in T2, so you need to transfer to T2 from T3. You can get to Gate 5 of Arrival Hall in T3 to take the free ferry bus to T2, 15 minutes.

Airport Bus. Airport Line 3 can take you to Beijing Railway Station and Line 7 to Beijing West Railway Station. There is no route to Beijing's South Railway Station. You can take Line 1 to Fangzhuang, the nearest airport bus stop to the station. Then change to a taxi to the south station. The ticket for all ariport line cost 16rmb per person.

Well, I noticed that there is no ATM machine positioned in T2 except for several banks. Actually, I think you could withdraw from any of these banks. The ATM support PLUS may be found at some prosperous area, such as Wangfujing, Xidan. There is a Citibank located at the 1F of Chang'an Theater.

As for the hotel, the price at T2 and the hotel may be the same, little discount. So, it is suggested that you book a hotel in advance via agency.
