Italian Food in Shanghai

Italy is located on the Italian Peninsula or Apennine Peninsula in southern Europe. Italian people are good at cooking so as to provide a great range of delicious food for worldwide food lovers. Italian food features traditional cooking methods of braising and stewing. It uses simple seasoning - usually tomatoes, olive oil, basil and saffron - to retain the fresh flavor of the ingredients. Pasta, cheese and salami are the famous food of Italy.

There are a large number of Italian restaurants in Shanghai, many of which are inside high-class hotels. These restaurants have an excellent environment and offer attentive service.
