A long history endows Tianjin with deep cultural connotations which have inspired some famous recreational art forms, such as cross-talk, Jingyun Dagu, and Tianjin Kuaiban being the most famous. Generally speaking Tianjin Kuaiban is performed in the Tianjin dialect. The performer (or performers) follows the rhythm coming from two thin bamboo boards on his (her or their) hand. You can enjoy those traditional art forms mentioned above in some of theatres in Tianjin.
Of course there are various modern entertainment centers for your convenience as well, such as Huana Golf Club (No.1, Huanghai Lu, Tanggu Economic & Technical Development Zone), International Golf Club (Guanzhuang, Dongli District), along with many pubs, cafes and bars waiting for your patronage as well.
