Tanxiziang Station? I've never heard of the station, could you check the spelling please?

Tangzixiang station.

The earliest train is 06:16 from Tangzixiang. It takes no more than 15 minutes.

I'm not sure how early your want. If you depart after 6:20, then you can take Metro Line 4 from south station to Juhua Station and then transfer to Line 6 to the airport. It takes around 80 minutes to get. However, if you depart earlier, then taking a taxi is the best way and it takes about 1 hour and costs CNY 100-130.
