Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
You'll be picked up upon arrival at Beijing Capital Airport and transferred to check into your hotel. You are free to arrange the activities in the rest hours of the day.

Day 02: Beijing
You will be thrilled the whole day when you visit the Tiananmen Square - one of the largest and grandest city square in the world;  the Forbidden City of Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Temple of Heaven - used to be the royal temple. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served as welcome dinner at a well-known restaurant. The cheering Peking Opera (the national opera of China) is scheduled as evening delight after dinner. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing
You will be accompanied by our local professional guide to one of the greatest world heritage sites - the Great Wall, Badaling section. Drive to escape the shopping site tourist restaurants near the Great Wall to have a decent Sichuan cuisine lunch. The visits continue to the Ming Tomb and the Sacred Way in the afternoon. (B+L)

Day 04: Beijing - Xian
After visit the Royal Garden, Summer Palace, head for Xian by flight. Upon arrival, you will be met by our local professional tour guide and transferred to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 05: Xian
You will have a visit to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum which is said to be the Eighth Wonder of the world. Drive back by highway to downtown to have a decent lunch at a well-known Cantonese cuisine restaurant. Visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda after lunch and a brief period of rest. In the evening, we specially arrange the Dumpling Banquet which is unique in Xian, while the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show is scheduled afterwards.  (B+L+D)

Day 06: Xian
Morning tour allow you to stop at the Provincial History Museum which is a grand complex of buildings imitating the architecture style of the Tang Dynasty. Having the a la carte lunch at a well-chosen restaurant, keep on the tour to the ancient City Wall and the Great Mosque in the afternoon.  (B+L)

Day 07: Xian - Lhasa 
On the way to the airport, visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi if time is available. Heading for Lhasa by flight where the altitude is 3,650 meters above sea level. Be met by our local expert tour guide upon arrival at the Gongga Airport. Check into the best hotel in Lhasa. Take time to adapt yourself to the high altitude, no sightseeing arranged in the afternoon. Welcome dinner will be served at a top end local Sichuan cuisine restaurant, a la carte style.  (B+D)

Day 08: Lhasa
Make the most of the day by visiting the magnificent Potala Palace, the Sera Monastery, the Norbulingka Park and a local Tibetan family. We will arrange a Western style lunch for you. Dinner is served at your hotel so the extra drive and energy will be saved for tomorrow.  (B+L+D)

Day 09: Lhasa
The escorted tours today will cover some other highlights of Lhasa - the Jokhang Temple, the perfect mixture of Han and Tibetan style both in the architectures and in the rituals of the Religion; the bustling bazaar of the Barkhor Street, the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital and the Carpet Factory. We will arrange a Western style lunch for you. Enjoy your dinner at the hotel.  (B+L+D)

Day 10: Lhasa - Chongqing 
Head for Chongqing by morning flight and your tour guide will expect you with at the exit of the airport. You will have a brief city tour to the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo if time is avaiable. After enjoying a rich buffet dinner at 4-star hotel, Holiday Inn Yangtze, be transfer to check in the deluxe German-made cruise to spend a night.  (B+L+D)

Day 11: Chongqing - Fengdu
As the ship leave Chongqing at about 08:00 this morning, your relaxing Yangtze River cruise begins. The river guide will give a brief introduction of the cruise and the schedule during the process after the breakfast. In the afternoon, you will meet the initial onshore excursion to the Fengdu, known as the Ghost city. (B+L+D)


Day 12: Badong - Xiling Gorge - Sandouping
The essential part of the Yangtze River cruise is coming today. You will appreciate the unique scenery of the Three Gorges. Qutang Gorge, the shortest but the grandest one. Wu Gorge is famous for its lofty peaks and mountains on the both sides. Xiling Gorge, the longest one among the three. An interesting junk adventure to Shennong Stream will offer you a marvelous day. It will last about 3-4 hours. After a whole night sailing, the ship will stop at the Sandouping village. (B+L+D)

Day 13: Sandouping

You will disembark for visit the grandest hydroelectric project in the world. It is still in the process and planned to complete by the year of 2009. (B+L+D)


Day 14: Wuhan - Shanghai
You will arrive in Wuhan at 12:00. Have a visit to the Hubei Provincial Museum. After having lunch at a local famous restaurant, head for Shanghai by flight and your local professional tour guide will expect you with comfortable transfer service.(B+L)

Day 15: Shanghai
The first stop of Shanghai is to visit the Shanghai Museum which houses large collections of historical items. Then go ahead to the famous Yuyuan Garden, walk around Bund area along the Hangpu River and visit a local family. The Farewell Dinner is arranged at Central Hotel as the fitting finale to your discovery of China, the restaurant Wang Bao He in the hotel has a history of over 260 years and is the best place to serve Shanghai Cuisine. You will enjoy an amazing Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.  (B+L+D)

Day 16: Departure from Shanghai
