Day 01Arrive in Beijing

Your dream vacation starts once you arrive in Beijing. Our professional TCG guide will meet you at the airport with comfortable private transfer. We reserve the 3-star Golden Palace Silver Street Hotel with daily breakfast for 4 nights for you (Address: No. 31 Ganyu Hutong, Wangfujing Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100006; Telephone: 86-10-8511 0388). The remainder of the day is free for you to recover from the long flight fatigue or explore the city freely if your flight arrives early.

Day 02Beijing

On the second day of Beijing, you will visit the most splendid royal historic sites. The whole day down town sightseeing covers the solemn and respectful Tiananmen Square, the largest and the best-preserved Imperial Palace complex -  Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven, which is largest group of structures in the country dedicated to rituals that pay homage to the glory of heaven.(B+L)

Day 03Beijing

On the third day the guide will assist you to experience the culture and enjoy the beauty of the Great Wall. Badaling Great Wall is situated in Yanqing County, over 70 kilometers (43 miles) north of Beijing. It is the most well-preserved section of the Great Wall, built during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Continue to visit the great royal mausoleums the Ming Tomb via a holy Sacred Way. Definitely, you will not miss to see the appearance of Bird's Nest in the distance which is the main Olympic Games Gyms.(B+L)

Day 04Beijing

No organized tour is arranged on the fourth day while hotel accommodation with breakfast is booked for you. You can plan something independently, for instance a visit to the Beijing World Park, which is the largest miniature landscape park in Asia. It presents more than 100 famous cultural and natural landscapes with original size or miniature copy from nearly 50 countries in the world. It is not a dream for you to traveling the whole world here in just one day. You could take bus No. 7 from Qinanmen to the sightseeing spot easily after 15 minutes walking from Wangfujing Street. Day 05Beijing - Xian

Bid farewell to Beijing after a visit of a famous classic imperial garden Summer Palace, the largest and most perfectly preserved lamasery Lama Temple and Beihai Park. Then we will transfer you to the Beijing railway station to take an overnight soft sleeper train to Xian.(B+L+D)

Day 06Xian

Our guide will pick you up at the railway station and transfer you to the 3-star Union Hotel for 2 nights (Address: No.51 Ximutou Shi, South Street, Xi'an 710002, China, Telephone: 86-29-87638888). After having breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, which is often dubbed the “eighth wonder of the world”, the city's symbol - the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the ancient City Wall. You will enjoy your lunch in the downtown area.(B+L)

Day 07Xian

Day 08Xian - Guilin

The Xian tour comes to an end on the eighth day, take a shuttle bus (CNY26, the bus stop is quite near to your hotel. ) or taxi (about CNY150) to the airport and board a flight to Guilin by yourself. Upon arrival, you will be picked up by the local guide at Guilin airport and transferred to the 3-star Hotel Universal staying 1 night (Address: No. 1 Jiefangdong Road, Guilin 541001; Telephone: 86-773-282 8228) and take the balance day to have a stroll in this scenic city.(B)

Day 09Guilin - Yangshuo

On the ninth day morning, having a big breakfast at the hotel since the lunch arranged on the Li River cruise is not up to the normal standard. The guide will transfer you to board the cruise ship and then the following Li River cruise tour and the tour in Yangshuo trip will be handled by yourself. The cruise may get to Yangshuo at about 2:00 p.m. Upon arrival, please go to the 3-star New Century Hotel for 1 night (Address: Pantao Lu, Yangshuo, 541900 China; Telephone: 86-773-882 9819) and handle the check-in procedure on your own. Then you are advised to stroll along the famous Yangshuo West Street, where there are many bars, coffee shops, western-style restaurants and souvenir stalls. Alternatively, since Yangshuo is famous for the wonderful rural scenery, you could rent a bicycle or an electric car to tour around the countryside, which is not far away from the town and usually it will take one and a half hour.(B+L)

Day 10Yangshuo - Guilin

Morning is free. Return to Guilin by yourselves. The shuttle bus ticket from Yangshuo to Guilin can be purchased easily at the front desk of your hotel. Upon arrival in Guilin, please check in at the Universal hotel with breakfast for 1 night. You are suggested to visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park first and then visit the Elephant Trunk Hill as this sight will not close until about 9:30 p.m. The Elephant Trunk Hill is considered to be the representative of Guilin picturesque landscape. The site gets the name from its unique shape, which looks like a huge elephant drinking water from the river. One could find life here is leisurable and tranquil by walking along in the park. Day 11Guilin - Chongqing

On the morning of the eleventh day, take a taxi to the airport by yourselves to board a flight to Chongqing.Our local guide will meet you outside the baggage claim area at Chongqing Airport. Lunch is arranged by us for you to explore the spicy and tasty food in Chongqing city. Visit the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo, the Residence of General Joseph W.Stilwell and Ci Qi Kou. Your memorable Yangtze River tour begins at 10:00 p.m. as you board the luxurious cruise ship President Cruises (President No. 4 or President No.6 ).(B+L)

Day 12Fengdu

Visit the Ghost City of Fengdu County on the moring of the twelfth day. In the evening, the Captain's Welcome Party will be held.(B+L+D)

Day 13Badong (Shennong Stream) - Xiling Gorge - Sandouping

On the third day of your Yangtze River Cruise, visit Badong and take a small junk to enjoy the marvelous spectacles of the nature in the Shennong Stream. Continue sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served on board.(B+L+D)

Day 14Yichang - Shanghai

On the morning of the 14th day, you will disembark for an excursion to the under constructed Three Gorges Dam. After lunch, pack your luggage and complete check-out procedures. The local guide in Yichang will meet you on board. Drive to Yichang, visit the Yichang Museum if time permits. Take a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival at the airport, take a taxi to the reserved 4-star Golden Riverview Hotel for 3 nights ( Address: No. 308 Heng Feng Road, Shanghai 200070, China, Telephone: 86-21 6353 7070)and handle the check-in procedure on your own. Day 15Shanghai

A free day is left to explore this international metropolis by yourself and we only reserve the hotel with daily breakfast for you. The must-visit sightseeing spots are Shanghai Museum, the Nanjing Road, Bund, Jade Buddha Temple and so on. Besides, you are suggested to visit the Xin Tian Di area, which has innovative groups of constructions integrated with traditional local culture perfectly. Rambling about Xin Tian Di, you will find yourself to be placed both in the reminiscent Shanghai in 1920s and also the modern cosmopolitan city in 21st century. We intend to leave a more free day in Shanghai for you to savor the international metropolis flavor further. Only the hotel with breakfast is reserved for you.(B)

Day 17Departure from Shanghai

The wonderful Shanghai tour ends on the 17th day. Take an airport shuttle to the Shanghai International Airport and board your homeward flight by yourself.(B)
