Departure: based on the cruise sailing date.


Temple of Heaven, Beijing

Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer tothe hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. (B+L)

Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall, the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. (B+L)

Day 04: Beijing
Only the hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. We intend to leave the day free for you to absorb something of the vibrant atmosphere of Beijing. (B)

Day 05: Beijing - Shanghai
Visit the Summer Palace. Take a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. You are suggested to visit the Nanjing Road and the Bund. (B+L)

Day 06: Shanghai
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to visit the Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden on your own. (B)

Day 07: Shanghai
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. The full day's activities are arranged by yourselves. (B)

Day 08: Shanghai - Yichang
You are suggested to visit the Jade Buddha Temple on your own. Take a flight to Yichang by yourselves. Pick you up at Yichang airport and visit the Yichang Museum if time permits. Check in at the luxurious cruise ship to stay overnight. (B)

Day 09: Yangtze Three Gorges Dam
Take an excursion to the under constructed Three Gorges Dam. Enter the Xiling Gorge. The Captain's Welcome Party will be held in the evening.  (B+L+D)


Day 10: Badong (Shennong Stream)
Disembark at Badong and take a small pea boat along Shennong Stream to enjoy the marvelous spectacles of the nature. (B+L+D)
 
 
Day 11: Fengdu
After breakfast, visit the Ghost City of Fengdu. Continue sailing to pass through the mountains of Eastern Sichuan. (B+L+D)



Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Xian

Day 12: Chongqing - Xian
After breakfast, relax and pack your bags with leisure. The estimated arrival in Chongqing is 9:00. Our guide will meet you on board and a city tour to the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo and the Residence of General Joseph W. Stilwell will be offered. Take a flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 13: Xian
Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Provincial History Museum. (B+L)

Day 14: Xian - Guilin
The day is arranged by yourselves, you are suggested to visit the City Wall, the Great Mosque and have some free time to explore the Bazaar near the Mosque by yourselves. You are suggested to take a shuttle bus to the airport and the bus stop is very near to your hotel. Board the flight to Guilin by yourselves. Our guide will pick you up at Guilin airport and transfer to the hotel. (B)

Day 15: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
Transfer you to the pier to board the cruise ship. Then the activities along the Li River and in Yangshuo will be handled by yourselves. Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, you may have a short bicycle trip to the countryside. Alternatively, you can take an electric car instead of taking bicycles. Go back to Guilin by yourselves. The shuttle bus ticket from Yangshuo to Guilin can be purchased easily at the bus stop. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your expectation, TCG suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel today). (B+L)

Day 16: Guilin - Hongkong
The day is free. You are suggested to visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill by yourselves. Take a taxi to the airport by yourselves to board the flight to Hongkong. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. (B)

Day 17: Hongkong
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to have a half-day Hongkong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market on your own. (B)

Day 18: Departure from Hongkong
You will get to the airport to board your homeward flight by yourselves. (B)

In both Shanghai and Hong Kong we only book the comfortable hotels for you. Our listed itinerary for these two parts is just for your reference, which is not included in our package tour price. These two places are both international metropolis with modern transportations to be easily accessed, and also English is widely used, so it is quite convenient to find the way to your destinations, there's no need to have a guide and private car according to our experiences.
