Huangshan Hongcun village

Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
You'll be met upon arrival at the Beijing Capital Airport  with comfortable private transfer and check into your hotel. The left hours of the day are for free individual activities. No scheduled program is arranged.

Day 02: Beijing
You will be thrilled the whole day when you visit the Tiananmen Square - one of the largest and grandest city squares in the world; the Forbidden City - the imperial palace of Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Temple of Heaven - once was the royal temple. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served as Welcome Dinner at a well-known restaurant. The cheering Peking Opera (the national opera) is scheduled as evening delight after dinner. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing
You will be accompanied by our local professional guide to one of the greatest world heritage sites - the Great Wall, Badaling section. Drive to escape the shopping site tourist restaurants near the Great Wall to have a decent meal -Sichuan food, for lunch. The visits continue to the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. You will sample Cantonese cuisine for dinner at a top restaurant in the Wangfujing Street, a la carte style. (B+L+D)

Day 04: Beijing - Huangshan
Beijing tour will be concluded after visiting the Summer Palace and the Lama Temple. Head for Huangshan by flight your local professional tour guide will expect you with comfortable airport-hotel transfer service. Spend overnight at the Huangshan city. (B+L)

Day 05: Huangshan
Take car to the bottom of Huangshan Mountain and board the cable car for the summit. You will surrounded by the unique scenery and enjoy the view of the Beginning-to-Believe Peak, the Peach Blossom Valley, the Lion Peak, the Flying-over Rock and the Bright Summit. Stay at the hotel on the mountain. (B+L)

Day 06: Huangshan
The picturesque sights reward more time on the mountain. You will continue the sightseeing tour to the Cloud-dispelling Pavilion and the Xihai Grand Canyon. After lunch, board the cable car to reach the bottom of the mountain and transfer back to Huangshan city. The tour to the Tunxi Old Street is scheduled. Stay at the hotel in the city of Huangshan. Reed Flute Cave, Guilin

Day 07: Huangshan - Hongcun Village - Huangshan - Shanghai
Take car to visit the Hongcun village located in the Yixian Country. After end the tour, take car back to Huangshan city and connect flight to Shanghai. Your local professional tour guide will meet you with comfortable airport-hotel transfer. (B+L)

Day 08: Shanghai
The first stop of Shanghai is to visit the Shanghai Museum which houses large collections of historical items. Then go ahead to the famous Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, take a cruise tour on the Huangpu River. The Farewell Dinner is arranged at Central Hotel as the fitting finale to your discovery of China, the restaurant Wang Bao He in the hotel has a history of over 260 years and is the best place to serve Shanghai Cuisine. You will enjoy an amazing Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 09: Shanghai - Wuhan
The last stop of Shanghai is occupied with a brief tour to the Jade Buddha Temple. Then head for Wuhan city by flight and be met upon arrival with comfortable private transfer. You will visit the Hubei Provincial Museum. Dinner is served on board and transfer to the check in at the German-made luxurious cruise ship. (B+L+D)

Day 10: Sailing
This morning, your unforgettable Yangtze River sailing begins. The whole day is sailing, and meanwhile you can enjoy the natural beauty on both sides. (B+L+D)
 
 


Yangtze Three Gorges cruise tour

Day 11: Sandouping
Today you will disembark for visit the Three Gorges Dam which is the grandest hydroelectric project in the world. It is still in the process and planned to complete by the year of 2009. (B+L+D)


Day 12: Shennong Stream
The ship will disembark at Badong, and you will take a small pea boat along Shennong Stream to enjoy the marvelous spectacles of the nature.(B+L+D)


Day 13: Wanxian
Have a morning excursion to Wanxian, where you will have a chance to visit the local market and the youth acrobatic show. Get back the ship and continue sailing to pass the mountains of Eastern Sichuan. (B+L+D)


Day 14: Chongqing - Guilin
The ship is scheduled to arrive in mountain city Chongqing at around 10:00. You should follow advice to pack your luggage and be met by guide. After a brief city tour to the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo and the Residence of General Joseph W. Stilwell, enjoy a rich buffet lunch at the 4-star hotel, Holiday Inn Yangtze. Head for Guilin by flight and you will be met by your local tour guide with comfortable airport-hotel transfer. The evening delight is to enjoy Ethnic Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre after dinner. (B+L+D)

Boat trackers along the Shennong stream, Yangtze River

Day 15: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin 
Travel to Yangshuo by cruising along the magnificent Li River which itself is the highlight of today. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, a brief country-road tour by bicycle will then be arranged. A local family will be somewhere along the road expecting your visit. If you are less skillful of riding a bicycle, you can take our electric car instead. Transfer back to Guilin. (Tip: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can hardly meet your expectation, TCG suggests you have enough breakfast at the hotel this morning.) (B+L)

Day 16: Guilin - Hongkong
Continue the highlight scenic tour to Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Head for Hongkong by flight and please arrange the airport-hotel transfer on your own upon arrival.  (B+L)

Day 17: Hongkong
Full day is free and we only book the hotel with breakfast for you. You are recommended to have the peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District, visit the Victoria Peak, the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen, Stanley Market and take taxi to the Pier to take Star Ferry to Kowloon side, walk along the waterfront promenade back to the hotel. (B)

Day 18: Departure from Hongkong
After breakfast, arrange the hotel-airport transfer on your own to board your homebound flight. (B)
