Simple but direct question. I have a friend in China that wishes to visit her friend in Colombia who is an American. Does she need a visa to travel from China to Colombia and then what if they wish to marry? What would be needed for this to happen?

Mr.Winston replied:

Yes, she does need a visa to Colombia. As for their marriage in Colombia, she should enquire about it from the Colombia embassy in China before the departure.
