The bilateral relationship was set up on July 20, 1974 between China and Niger. On July 22, 1992, it reestablished the diplomatic relationship with Taiwan. China decisively declared to cease the bond with Niger on Jul 30. On Aug 19, 1996, the bilateral relations were resumed.

Hi, if you mean the single status certificate from your country, you should first get it notarized by the local notary public and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country; and then go to the embassy of China to get that attested; the required documents include your passport and its copy, the application form for attestation, and your single status certificate and the copy.

Maman, you should apply for a new passport from your embassy in China. Two blank pages are ok if you want to do extension. The related rules just require there should be at least two blank pages. So you won't have a problem when you do extension or exit mainland China. However, you'd better apply for a new passport if you plan to exit and reenter again. Please contact your embassy in China and see if they can help you renew your passport.
