1. Regular Visa Fee per Person

2. Expedited Service Fee per Person
The regular processing time of a visa is 4 working days. For urgent cases, the expedited service is available. Moreover, additional fees will be paid as following:

1 working day processing USD 30
2-3 working days processing USD 20

F Visa (Business/Visit Visa): Issued to foreigners who are invited to China for a visit, research, lecture, business, scientific-technological and cultural exchanges or short-term advanced studies or intern practice for a period of less than six months.

In his invitation letter, he just have to invite you and write with his valid address and cntact in China, I don't think the copy of your passport is needed. So I advise you take care about this.

You can apply a L tourist visa from the Chinese embassy in Ghana with the following documents;
1. One duly completed and signed Visa Application Form with a passport photograph attached;

2. Your passport with at least 6-month validity and at least 2 blank visa pages.

3. two-way air tickets.

4. Invitation letter enclosed with her valid address and contacts in China from your sisiter.

For your visa to Cambodia, you should apply it from the Combodian embassy in Ghana, so please contact them to process your visa.
