Visa Fees

1. Regular Visa Fee per Person

2. Expedited Service Fee per Person
The regular processing time of a visa is 4 working days. For urgent cases, the expedited service is available. Moreover, additional fees will be paid as following:

1 working day processing	USD 30
2-3 working days processing	USD 20

As far as I know, the visa notice form should be applied from an authorized Chinese Unit such as foreign affairs office.

I know that you need to prepare the following documents:
1.Properly and truthfully filled out Visa Application Form, to which one passport-size photo is attached,
2.Valid passport with blank pages and a photocopy of the data paged
3. Original invitation from an authorized Chinese organization, travelers cheque, round trip air-ticket, hotel reservation & Ghana company register certificate, tax clearance, true bank statement.

Besides the invitation letter, you also have to ask your Chinese partners to apply for a visa notice form for you from the Foreign affairs Office of Jiangsu Province.

yes, you need an original invitation from an authorized Chinese organization. Your Chinese company partner can apply for it in China, such as Foriegn Affaires Office, Committe of Foreign Trade and Commerce, government offices, etc
