2. Expedited Service Fee per Person
The regular processing time of a visa is 4 working days. For urgent
cases, the expedited service is available. Moreover, additional
fees will be paid as following:

Notes:
1. The embassy doesn't accept applications by mail. The Mail Back
Service is not available, either. Applicants can entrust relatives,
friends, or visa agencies to submit applications and pick up their
visas.
2. Applicants should pick up their visas on time. If they can't collect it on time, they must pick it up within 7 days.
Tips for Chinese Visa Application
1. From July 3, 2007, the following applicants needn't queue up
for application:
a. The applicants holding Invitation Letters issued by the Beijing
Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG).
b. The elders who are more than 65 years old.
c. For healthy or other reasons, the applicants who should be given
special care.
2. The embassy doesn't accept applications by mail. The Mail Back Service is not available, either. Applicants can entrust relatives, friends, or visa agencies to submit applications and pick up their visas.
3. Dutch citizens are exempt from Hong Kong Visa if they enter Hong Kong for a short tour or business, and stay in Hong Kong for not more than 90 days.
4. There is no need to make an appointment for application.
5. The foreign citizens in Netherlands can apply for Chinese Visa in Chinese Embassy in the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, and Chinese Consulate-General in Frankfurt.
