I need to apply for chinese visa for me and my boyfriend. Im portuguese and my boyfriend is italian. At the moment we are in Portugal. Can he apply the chinese visa to chinese embassy in Portugal, or can we apply for his visa by sending the application form and passport by mailpost. Best regards Clara
