I need to apply for chinese visa for me and my boyfriend. Im portuguese and my boyfriend is italian. At the moment we are in Portugal. Can he apply the chinese visa to chinese embassy in Portugal, or can we apply for his visa by sending the application form and passport by mailpost.

Your boyfriend can aplly for the Chian visa from the Chinese embassy in Potugal, but the embassy don't accept visa application by post, You have to apply for the visa in person or entrust a friend or a travel agency to process it for you.

You have to go to the Chian emabssy in Rome, Italy to apply for the visa in person or through an authorized travel agency. Application by mail is not accepted.

1. He need a tourist visa to China.
2. He can apply the China visa from the China embassy or consulate in Brazil.
3. The requirements include his passport with at least two blank pages and 6 months validity left before expiration; a truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo; round-trip air ticket; hotel booking in China(invitation letter from you with your valid address and contacts in China if he will stay in your home).

You can just write an invitation letter with you valid address, contacts and details in China with your handwritten signature for your friend to apply for the China visa.

Please search relevan info. about Sichuan Medical University on Google or contact the Chinese embassy in India for help.
After you get the admission from the university, you have to apply for a X student visa from the Chinese embassy.
You should firstly apply for the admission of the university before going to China.

For sightseeing, you need an L (tourist) visa. The required documents are as below:
1. An actual passport, which must have a mimimum validity life of 6 months and at least one blank visa page
2. A passport style photo affixed to a duly filled application form
3. An Italian visa or residence permit
4. evidence of your hotel and flight tickets booking
5. your latest bank statement

Since you are a first-time applicant. You can obtain only a single entry F visa.
Required documents:
1. A valid passport with a minimum validity life of six months and at least one blank visa page left in the passport
