Note: We are living here in Shanghai,China, and monday well go for the Singapore visa, here in Shanghai.
Thanks & Regards!

Ms Ivonne, I am not sure about it. Well, currently, the swine flu has made other countries impose strict requirement on mexican citizens. Not sure if the visa-upon arrival service is still available.

thanks Ms Lilian. Well, it won;t be a problem taking a taxi on town (Shenzen)? (the shuttle bus only reach the station and from there taking a cab to hotel), while I'm just bringing the note of Hotel Name written in Chinese. for information,I'm speak a little Chinese.

Dec. 26,2008 01:34
Ms.Lilian(China) replied:

Ms.Vivi, it won't be a problem to take a taxi on the station where the shuttle bus reaches. Generally, the shuttle bus will stop at the downtown of a city. so it will stop at downtown of Shenzhen where the transportation is very convenient

Ms.Vivi(Indonesia) said:

Hello Ms. Lilian, it's me Vivi :) i just browse from the web, the hotel I'm going to stay in Shenzen is reacheable by taking airport shuttle (which is save cost), then taking a taxi from the station. the problem is..is it save enough? coz it'll be nite time already about 10pm. Or taking the taxi all the way from airport is better?? PLease assist me, thanks though.

Dec. 23,2008 03:59
Ms.Lilian(China) replied:

Ms.Vivi, taking the airport shuttle from the airport is much cheaper than take a taxi from the airport. The taxi before 10:00pm is charged by the fare of daytime. So I advice you to take the airport shuttle and then take the taxi. Please bargain over the price with the taxi driver if the taxicabs are not metered. I give you a tips, as I know, most of taxi drivers don't want to charge you by meters at the airport.

Hi..
I am Indonesian now in shenzhen and wanna make the marriage license here ( husband is China People )..
I already prepare the Single Provement have been approved by 2 department ( Foreign Dept and Law dept )also China Embassy in Jakarta..

My name on pasport is 'Sisca Stefanie' ( used to be the same with the Born Letter )
And my Single Provement Should use 'Sisca Stefani' because should follow the Family Card Member of Status.

Because can not change the Passport also the Single Provement name, and Indonesia Embassy here can provide a letter to prove that 'Sisca Stefanie' and 'Sisca stefani' is the same people..

but the Marriage license branch office in Nanshan district, Shenzhen still do not want accept..

Could you please help..
Thank You for your assistance

Nov. 28,2008 01:56
Ms.Celina(China) replied:

Mrs.Sisca, I'm afraid that you need get a Single certificate with the same name as passport again. As you said, you have a letter from Indonesian embassy to prove that 'Sisca Stefanie' and 'Sisca stefani' is the same people, but the marriage License office still accept. So maybe you have to obtain a single provement again.

Ms.Vivi(Indonesia) said:

Thanks Ms. Lilian. i've got one more question. hope you are not annoyed though :) which one is more comfortable way to get to Guangzhou from HK? train or by bus? thanks

Nov. 19,2008 21:31
Ms.Lilian(China) replied:

Hi, Ms.Vivi, Nice to hear your voice again. Take a train or bus from Hong Kong to Guangzhou are both comfortable.
In Hong Kong, Bus No.1, 2, 3, ...9 leave from Mong kok(near Macpherson Playground, Sai Yee Street), Jordan ((near Eaton Hotel)to Guangzhou between 14:15 and 20:45.
In Hong Kong, there are 12 trains leave from Kowloon (East Rail Hung Hom) to Guangzhou from 07:28 to 21:07.
So it is easy for you to come to Guangzhou from HK.

Hello, I'm Vivi from Pontianak. I'm going to Shenzen on dec. we're gonna stay in Holiday Inn Express, Luohu. We only get the address wrote in English, do the airport taxi will understand ?? or do we need the Mandarin written one? thanks

Nov. 19,2008 03:45
Ms.Lilian(China) replied:

Hello, Mr.Vivi, I'm glad to answer your question. i think that maybe the driver of airport taxi doesn't understand the address in english because not every Chinese can speak English. Thus, you'd better prepare one address written in mandarin. Good Luck!!!
