Whether you need a visa to Ecuador is still a question, you have to confirm it with the Embassy of Ecuador. You said that you have multi-entry visa to China, then you are advised to contact the embassy of Ecuador in Beijing, China for exact info. about your visa. As for the requirements and the process time, the clerk in the embassy will give you the final say. Since December 1st, 2008, Chinese citizens can not be exempted from visa to ecuador if they go to Ecuador individually. They should join a tour organized by a Travel Agency that is authoried by China National Tourism Administration. so Chinese who will go to Ecuador need handle all procedures before departure.
