- After having recieved the application, we will call you to make an appointment for the personal interview.

Good morning! Mr.faruk, you need apply for Tourist Visa in Hungarian embassy in Beijing or Hungarian Consulate in Shanghai according to the consular areas. For example, if you live in Hangzhou (the provincial capital of Zhejiang province), you need apply in consulate in Shanghai.
You need prepare the following documents which are required: 1/ A wholly and legibly completed, signed Hungarian visa application form: The application form can be downloaded from the website of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs http://www.kulugyminiszterium.hu/NR/rdonlyres/839746D5-4953-48C5-9243-CEF27CC97456/0/schengeni_vizumkerolap_angol_magyar.pdf
2/ one passport-size colour photo (not older than 6 months)glued on the application form.
3/ copy of the main page of your passport and those pages where there is a visa, a stamp or any note, the validity of passport has to exceed that of the requested visa by at least 3 months.
4/ three medium-size envelops with at least 6 yuan stamp per envelop. Please write your telephone number on the envelop.
5/ your certificate of earnings, such as an original income certificate of the employer
6/ certificate of your employment relationship. the certificate issued by your employer or the Labor Cotact
7/ certificate of your economic status when entry, such as or a bank account statement on the account turnover during the last three months or credit Card
8/ certificate of prepaid reservation of accommodation (Hotel Booking)
9/ A travel medical insurance (a travel insurance providing cover for at least 30000 € for financing urgent health services and homeward transportation due to medical reasons valid for the whole period of stay and for the territory of every Schengen State).
10/ Round-trip air ticket and its copies (they must be shown when picking up visa)
