1. Regular Visa Fee per Person

Note: For Americans, whatever Chinese visa they apply for , they need pay for 500 Riyals.
2. Expedited Service Fee per Person
The regular processing time of a visa is 4 working days. For urgent cases, the expedited service is available. Moreover, additionalfees will be paid as following:

Iqama means Residence Permit like Green Card in the USA. To simplify my question: Can a non-resident of Saudi Arabia apply for a business visa to China? I'm in Saudi Arabia now for some business meetings. Then I have to go to China for some meetings as well. Or do I have to go back to my home country and apply for a visa at the Chinese Embassy there?

You can try to apply for the China in Saudi Arabia firstly. If the embassy can't issue the visa for you, you can ask them where to apply for the visa.

I think you should send the physical test to the China Embassy in Saudi Arabia not to China and it should be stamped by the hospital where you do the physical test.
