The Tips for applying Chinese Visa

1. The embassy doesn't accept applications by post/mail. If you can't go to the consular office in person, you can entrust different organs to submit applications, including your direct relatives, company, organ or the Travel Agencies that are authorized by the Chinese Consulate-General in Busan (Pusan) to deal with it.

2. If your direct relatives (e.g. parents, spouse, and children) apply for your visa on your behalf, they should offer the Registered Permanent Resident Book that can show the family ties, agent's ID card and its copy. Religious people and journalists must come to the consulate in person.

3. Please show your Pick-up Receipt when you pick up your visa. If it is lost, the applicant should go to the Consular Office in person with the Lost Certificate of Police Station, Identity Card and its copy after seven days.

4. If the consular officer calls you and asks you to hand in other documents, please hand in them and then pick up your visa.

5. After picking up your visa, please check it carefully.
