My experience with my supplier (you can see below thread) is they actually use someone as agent to help them deliver to EMS and after that EMS will receive the goods and updat ethe website.
I waited for like 2 weeks to reach the delivery center (phew~ thanks God) and now i am waiting it deliver to the destinated country.

Is there anyway i can contact with EMS from Singapore?
Because number given is only 11185 and i always unable to reach to them.
I think i can believe the company that send me the item because they are a quite good company and responsible.
They dealed lots of business with my friend in singapore and it is good.
Now problem is i contacted to this china compnay and they also faced some problem:
- They handover the items to a channel to EMS and receive the EMS no.
- Tried using EMS website cannot retreive information.
-Tried call 86 010 11185 also cannot reach.
- Totally ORZ.

My advise is that you should take the blanket and never contact with the company. They are scam. This is their common ticks. They send you a wrong products and then say that there is something wrong and ask you to send it back, they will send the products you buy. However, when you send it back, they will disappear.
