Apr. 14,2009 02:57 Ms.Tina(China) replied:
Hi, Ms. Brenda, I am also very confused about the zip code of Hong Kong. Many websites told me Hong Kong has no zip code. Even a local of Hong Kong said they don't use zip code. Could you ask Fedex about that? Seeing that they require it, they may know it???
Apr. 16,2009 13:07 Ms.Brenda(USA) replied:
It was very confusing as I also found that Hong Kong did not have postal codes. I eventually just used 999999 for the postal code and it went through. It is obviously a flaw in FedEx system. This is not the first time I have had a shipment going somewhere there was not a postal code and they required one!! Thanks for your help!

I had the same problem with Fedex. Please enter "99999" as the postal code for Hong Kong If that doesn't work, delete your shipment and start over using 99999 as the postal code.

Its very frustrating trying to calculate the transit time on www.fedex.com..
I would like to calculate the time it would take to send a package from Hong Kong, China to Philadelphia, USA - However fedex.com asks for a zip code for the chinese export address, but there is no zip code for Hong Kong. so how in the earth are you supposed to calculate shipping to/from Hong Kong??!
It asks for a zip code, if you put nothing it tells you to do it again, if you put 852, it tells you to do it again, if you put HONG KONG or HK or anything remotely related to Hong Kong it tells you to do it again, it is driving me crazy I think I need therapy..
