"I had intended to write you earlier, ut your note has prompted me to do so. Over all, our experience was excellent. Everything worked as we had anticipated, flights on time and guides very good. Our trip to Inner Mongolia went equally well. So, please take these comment on potential improvement with these thoughts in mind. 1. As we discussed, please be sure those coming clearly understand all aspects of final payment - how much and how. 2. The food was great, but to much. It is not our desire or yours Im sure, to waste food. Over all, I doubt if we ear one half what we were served. 3. I suppose it is an accepted way of doing business, and it is not all bad, but being dragged through all the places where things are sold seemed a little overdone.
We would recommend you as a travel service for friends, and if we ever come to China again we will definitely use Travel China Guide."

"We returned home safely on July 4th just in time for our annual U.S.A. Independence Day celebration. I wanted to say again what a wonderful time we all had in China. You and your staff were excellent to work with. All the guides are very friendly, knowledgeable and they made sure we had a good time. In particular Jack (Beijing) and Nikki (Xian) did a fantastic job. They possessed in depth information about their cities and delivered the information in an interesting manner with very good spoken English. The other 2 guides also knew their cities well and worked hard to ensure a smooth tour."

"Thank you for your e-mail - I have only just returned home, which explains my delay in replying. We were absolutely satisfied with our tour of Xian and the guide, Nicky, was excellent. Her English was very good and altogether it was a wonderful experience - please tell Nicky that her three middle aged English ladies will never forget where the female lion is placed - because women are always right ! "I would like to start off by saying that we truly enjoyed every aspect of our trips booked with Education Tours. We enjoyed each city and found that all our guides were knowledgeable, friendly and informed. I do have two suggestions for the future that I think would help to increase overseas bookings. I would recommend that you ask former clients to allow themselves to be used as references either via e-mail or telephone so as a potential client could contact someone like me to ask for themselves how the tour was and to make sure that they can be confident in booking with you. The only other comment about our trip is that when we arrived in Chengdu and needed our tickets to Lhasa and Tibet travel permit, I think that when we arrived at the hotel they should have already been waiting there for us or otherwise a message saying to call to arrange for a delivery time. It was very nerve wracking to arrive and the hotel not to have any information about our tickets and to have to call you in Xian to find out what was happening. Im sure they would have been delivered eventually anyhow, but it was nearly the end of the day and we hadnt heard any information and had a very early flight the next morning.
